Childcare Options

We aim to support conference attendees who are travelling with children. Depending on interest, childcare during the conference may be offered through the options outlined below.

If you think you may need childcare, please indicate this during registration and pay the nominal fee. This helps us understand demand and plan responsibly. If there is not enough interest, we may unfortunately be unable to run the game-making art camps.

We will review registrations on 15 April and confirm arrangements shortly after.
Please register your interest before this date so we can plan accordingly.

LMMcare provides professional nannies and babysitters on a one-to-one basis for attendees of academic conferences and similar events. All nannies and minders are Garda vetted, experienced, qualified, First Aid trained, and reference checked.

Game-Making Art Camps for Children
